Return & Refund Policy

At Maxbull (operated by Maximus Enterprises), we value customer satisfaction and aim to provide a smooth shopping experience. This policy outlines the terms for product returns, exchanges, and refunds.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or exchange if:

The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
All tags and labels are intact.
The request is made within 7 days of receiving the order.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:

Innerwear and lingerie
Swimwear
Socks
Face masks
Customized or personalized products
Clearance / sale items (unless defective or damaged)

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

Email us at customercaresupport@maxbull.in or call +91 9500805796 with your order number and reason for return.
Our team will review your request and arrange reverse pickup (where available) or ask you to self-ship.
Once we receive and inspect the product, we will process your refund or exchange.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued in the original payment method or as store credit, based on your preference.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed to your bank account or via UPI after verification.
Refunds are initiated within 5–7 business days after product inspection.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

Report it to us within 48 hours of delivery with images or videos as proof.
We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost or issue a full refund.

6. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
If the requested product/size is unavailable, we will issue a refund or store credit.

7. Shipping Costs

For returns due to product defects or wrong item delivery, shipping costs will be borne by Maxbull.
For returns due to personal reasons (size, preference, etc.), shipping charges may be deducted from the refund.
