Non-Returnable Items<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>For hygiene and safety reasons, we <strong>do not accept returns<\/strong> for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Innerwear and lingerie<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Swimwear<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Socks<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Face masks<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Customized or personalized products<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Clearance \/ sale items (unless defective or damaged)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. Return Process<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>To initiate a return:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Email us at <strong><a>customercaresupport@maxbull.in<\/a><\/strong> or call <strong>+91 9500805796<\/strong> with your <strong>order number<\/strong> and reason for return.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Our team will review your request and arrange reverse pickup (where available) or ask you to self-ship.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Once we receive and inspect the product, we will process your refund or exchange.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4. Refund Policy<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Refunds will be issued in the <strong>original payment method<\/strong> or as <strong>store credit<\/strong>, based on your preference.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed to your bank account or via UPI after verification.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Refunds are initiated within <strong>5\u20137 business days<\/strong> after product inspection.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>5.
